Dave joined Cognito iQ in 2010 as Head of Field Service Consulting and was appointed COO in May 2015. Moving directly from the field service industry, his client-side insight and experience have given Cognito iQ the edge in developing mobile workforce management and analytics solutions that meet the needs of today’s service-led businesses. Prior to Cognito iQ, Dave managed various functions throughout the service supply chain and served in a number of operational management roles. These included delivering support services on behalf of blue-chip equipment manufacturers such as Sony, Panasonic, Epson and Fujitsu. He personally managed a major business transformation project for the market leader of high-end industrial equipment, which culminated in the successful deployment of a 500+ field service engineer operation.
