I have been working in the aftermarket sector for over 19 years, occupying a wide array of roles in several countries. I started with agricultural tractors for CNH in Italy and later moved to commercial vehicles for Iveco in the UK, covering positions in the “service side” of aftermarket (warranty, technical and customer support). Eight years ago, I moved into the “commercial side” of the aftermarket, covering positions in sales and marketing in the newly formed CNH industrial in Turin and Madrid until I became the EMEA Parts Marketing Director for the group. Currently, I have the role of Aftermarket Marketing and TCO Services for Iveco within CNH Industrial.
