When completing my bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Logistics, I started my career in the Aerospace Industry. After 6 years, I moved from the Aerospace Industry into the Trade Service Industry where for 7 years, I took on the role of Service Manager in a typical, medium sized family owned business. Following this, I moved into the Material Handling Equipment, the STILL Group, which is an OEM Forklift supplier. During my 18 years at STILL I served the first 7 years as the Service Manager for the Dutch Subsidiary, before moving into a Group Headquarters role in 2007. Now I am, as Senior Service Director Region: BeNeLux, UK and Scandinavian, responsible for the strategy, performance and development of the Service Business in the 8 countries of my region. I’m in the meantime already more than 25 years working in the service-business.
