With more than 20 years of experience in the customer service and helpdesk industry, Mikael started out as an Amsterdam based contact centre manager for several top global brands before spending the initial years of the new millennium deploying some of the world’s first hosted IP based Contact Centre solutions with a groundbreaking Finland based start-up. Now with SAP since 2007, Mikael has been in the middle of SAP’s commitment towards Cloud based service solutions, currently as a member of SAP’s global CX Service GTM team.
