Özen is an industrial engineer with an MSc degree, with over 15 years of experience, 12 years in the automotive sector. She started her automotive career as a production planning and ECO engineer , responsible to implement Engineering Change Orders  and then moved to Commercial Vehicle Sector. Since 2008, she is working in different after sales areas, such as technical services, service network, retail sales, spare parts, and supply chain management. She has had various responsibilities in managing and developing private capital dealers, creating service offers, business development in service and parts, warehouse functioning, and establishing dealer management systems. She is specialized in spare parts sales and logistics processes. She has worked in MAN Munich Headquarters for 8 months, as Head of After Sales, Europe Region East. She was responsible for after sales performance of 9 countries and importer structure. Currently, she is working as Head of Own Retail in Turkey.
