Head of Business Line Aftermarket, Automotive and Industry | Katoen Natie

I’ve been employed by Katoen Natie for more than 5 years. Katoen Natie is a logistic service provider, tailor-made solutions to different industries. We deliver cost-efficient, reliable and sustainable solutions for added value in a broad variety of industries’ supply chain. Katoen Natie operates port terminals, logistics terminals and on-site terminals. The group also provides all kinds of semi-industrial services, designs, builds and manages logistics platforms and complete supply chains to different industries. It’s a privately-owned company, with an annual turnover of 2,1 billion euro. It employs 18.000 people and has a global presence in more than 40 countries. As head of business lines Aftermarket and Automotive & Industry, I’m responsible for the defining and implementing the company’s strategy for these business areas together with the acquisition and onboarding of new customers into our multi-customer logistic platforms in Europe.

I have a master degree in Business Administration. I live close to Gent, in Belgium. Have a son of 2 years and a half (by then). My background has always been in commercial positions. Started at Katoen Natie as Key Account Manager managing a portfolio of 4-5 strategic customers, on European level, representing an annual turnover of approximately 20 million euro. Before Katoen Natie I have been working in the textiles industry and waste management.
