With 15+ years of experience in driving digital transformations, marketing and sales optimization, new go-to-market, growth acceleration initiatives, that drive P&L, top-line growth, improved customer experience and innovation, mostly for international B2B distribution companies. 

He has recently been holding two different positions at Rubix Group (Europe’s largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services) :  Group Director of Digital Sales & Operations, then Group Business-Unit Director for Rubix Direct, new “digital first” business model of Rubix Group. 

Passionate about the outdoors, Olivier is also an avid Alpinist and Mountaineer.
