Marc Reinhardt has a 15 year track record in leading service businesses across different geographies, industries and roles. After completing a mathematics degree in Bonn, Germany, he worked for McKinsey and Company for 3 years on a broad range of topics. While participating in the MBA program of INSEAD, France, he reoriented towards an operational role in General Electric’s healthcare division in Germany. During the 10 years with GE, he held several service roles with increasing responsibility, in France and Germany. For the past 5 years, he has been leading Swecon’s service business in Germany with its 15 workshop locations and 350 employees. In this role he has driven significant cultural change on LEAN leadership and innovation.
