Chief Market Development Officer, Coesia

Elisa is in charge of Marketing & Product Management, Global Key Account Management, Customer Service, and Digitalization in a € 1.7 bln Group with aggressive yoy growth targets.  She drives Digitalization / Industry 4.0 strategy and deployment to maintain a cutting edge presence on the market, contributes to the definition and update of company and regional strategic plans including 3-year budget, new product development, and localizations; orchestrates the right marketing mix inside the Group, ensuring the appropriate product offering, pricing, geographical presence, and promotional strategy.  She interacts with the major Global Key Accounts in order to secure a long lasting and mutually satisfactory business relationship, ensures appropriate sales coverage worldwide, whilst following up on monthly sales results and overall Customer Satisfaction. She coaches Marketing, Sales and Customer Service key people in order to guarantee the adoption of a consistent and winning mindset approach.
