Inès is a Manager at Ducker-Carlisle Europe, part of the Global Pricing Solutions and Implementation practice, where she focuses on Channel Strategy and Net Price Optimization, and leads Pricing Solutions Alliances in Europe.

Inès has 13 years of consulting experience in go-to-market transformation from revenue growth management to B2B pricing to commercial reorganization to route-to-market design across a diversity of channels. She has led projects in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America, in both highly fragmented and highly centralized distribution ecosystem, looking for value potential and untapped opportunities.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Inès was a Manager at Globalpraxis, a consulting firm specialized in route-to-market and revenue growth management, where she supported major Consumer Goods companies in the transformation of their route-to-market approach or channel strategy during both design and implementation phase.

Inès holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Dauphine University in Paris (France), and a master’s degree in International Trade from the Pantheon – Sorbonne University in Paris (France).
