Vince is the Head of Product for Shell Global Commercial, Customer Operations and manages a portfolio of digital products that support over 2,000 sales, marketing and operations frontline staff. He is also the current global pricing policy owner for Lubricants and Aviation that guides standard and non-standard offers. Vince has over 20-years of commercial experience and held various roles in treasury, strategy and deal management at Royal Dutch Shell, partnering with vendors and consultancies. Prior to Shell, Vince had roles at British Airways and Royal Bank of Scotland. He is a keen advocate of agile to manage complex problems and leverages Lean Six Sigma to drive operational excellence. Vince has an MSc Int. Business & Finance, a qualified management accountant and certified scaled agile scrum leader.
