Kolja is an experienced aftermarket leader with over 25 years of experience in the parts business, all aspects of the parts value stream and across 5 industries.
Kolja led international organizations and project teams up to 45 members, with financial responsibilities up to 350 Mio€ revenue/400 Mio€ purchasing spend.
Turning internal and external customer demand into revenues is the main driver of Kolja’s business focus. This by striving to deliver OEE and ROI improvement to the companies’ customers and implementing digitalization and AI where ever feasible.
Kolja has practical experience in building business strategies and implementing them in operational units, designing and operating Service and SCM organizations and processes, aligned with the implementation of the related IT landscapes, KPI systems and continuous improvement processes.
Kolja believes in people development, coaching and mentoring throughout projects, organizations, and business partners, promoting a high degree of self-responsibility, customer orientation, professionalism, and cooperation.
Kolja’s current role is Head of Spare Parts CSE-R at Carrier Climate Solutions Europe.
