Jaz Chana is a technology and product executive with more than 15 years’ experience leading large-scale digital transformation and building high-performing product and engineering organisations. He specialises in aligning technology strategy with commercial outcomes to drive growth, operational efficiency and platform scalability.
He previously served as CTO at Cinch, where he led the transformation from a classifieds model to a fully integrated e-commerce platform. Under his leadership, the company launched a transactional commerce platform in just six months, scaled to over 1,000 vehicle sales per week, and helped support the rapid growth of a business that reached unicorn status.
Across his career, Jaz has built and led organisations of more than 250 product, engineering and data professionals, scaled platforms generating over £1bn in annual GMV, and led complex technology and organisational transformations across digital commerce, marketplaces and industrial platforms.
