Sean is Project Leader at Moto Direct Ltd, part of the Arrowhead Engineered Products Group. He leads digital transformation initiatives across the business, including ERP, B2B eCommerce, forecasting, and manufacturing systems that support Moto Direct’s rapid growth in the UK motorcycle accessories market.
Sean began his career in the warehouse, picking and packing orders before progressing to Supply Chain Director. This hands-on journey across multiple functions gives him a practical understanding of operations and enables him to lead technology projects that deliver measurable impact for both customers and internal teams.
Outside of work, Sean is a passionate petrolhead and can often be found exploring the roads of the Peak District National Park on two wheels or four.
