My total experience covers more than 39 years, all of which have been in the heavy equipment and commercial vehicle sector, working for both manufacturers as well as distributors. I’ve been living in the region since 1997, working in North Africa and the GCC, and have called the UAE home since 1999. Since then, my focus has been on after sales profitability, focusing on commercial vehicles and heavy equipment in areas of both spare-parts and service. Using a concept that I developed myself, I utilize a simple plan of execution that has since never failed and have grown passionate about the challenge of turning after-sales into a major profit generator. The plan leads to significant bottom-line contribution, improved customer as well as staff retention and makes after sales a driving force within a distributor operation.

I’m well versed in developing and running profitable multi brand, multi-location distributor operations with 200+ employees covering both service as well as spare parts at the same time. In my decades of experience, I have worked for Volvo, Freightliner, and Cummins, and have worked with Scania, CASE, Komatsu, JCB, Ingersoll Rand, Manitou, Still, Linde, and other world class brands.
