Starting his career on the shop floor, Ralph Mbanefo developed a practical understanding of operations before moving into quality and engineering. He transitioned into the commercial side through field sales, where his service-led approach quickly set him apart. Progressing to Country Manager and then UK Sales & Service Director, he strengthened service delivery, customer partnerships, and operational performance. He now serves as International Sales & Service Director for Loma Systems®, combining technical insight with commercial leadership to drive global growth and elevate service excellence across diverse markets.
