His aim is to build sustainable and valuable business based on collaboration, open communication and leadership. 

Vsevolod Gavrilov had a naval engineering background and spent quite many years working in and with Marine industry, but lately also in Industrial segments. He has wide experience on complex B2B sales working through the entire value chain, development of aftermarket structures, digitalization and corporate culture changes. Born in St.Petersburg, Russia. Currently hold his position in Goteborg as Business Development Services & Solutions.
