Florian is an experienced international service professional with over ten years of experience within top tier industry companies around the world, of which five years at Vanderlande. In his current role Florian is leading the work on the development of the Spare Parts as a Service (SPAAS) methodology. With this methodology he explores the full potential of digitization for Vanderlande’s Global spare parts. The company aims for a digital eco system to enable the co-creation of customer value. Florian is also a member of the Dutch B2B e-commerce expert group.
