Lasse’s responsibility includes global spare part supply chain, service competences & training tools, and service center & activities management. As a Master of technology, he has studied Industrial economics and work psychology & leadership in Finland until 2008, Aalto University. Since then Mod has worked over ten years in various global service roles, and especially related with spare part business management. Experience has been growing in a global environment of Metso Group, where Mod has been part of the growth story, and one of the facilitators for the change needed. Last role within Metso has been the head of spare part business, Industrial valves business line. Normet Group Mod has joined 2018 to support company in a fast growth path to bring structure, visibility and to support taking various of service activities to the next level. He has experienced with driving global spare part value-based pricing, spare part availability & delivery accuracy, supply chain & inventory optimization, and service center management. Experience is from both process industry as well as now in mining & equipment industry. He is currently located in Switzerland.
