Andreas is Professor of Digital Strategy and Services Innovation at Lancaster University Management School, where he leads servitization research.
His work bridges the fields of Operations Management and Information Systems, with a strong focus on shaping organisational practices and driving business transformation.

His research explores how digital technologies enable servitization, the transition of manufacturers from product-focused models to competing through
advanced, high-value services. He is particularly interested in the effective integration of IT, operational technologies and AI in unlocking the value of data and supporting new business models.

At the Advanced Services Group, Andreas works closely with industry partners to turn technological innovation into actionable strategies, enabling
manufacturers to rethink how they create and capture value in a digital, service-driven economy.
