Burak is responsible for digital services portfolio in Business Unit WIFH within Alfa Laval. He has been in the service business for over 14 years, working with different industries in many different parts of the world. Having met with so many different profiles over the years, Burak is acknowledged to be a colleague with excellent insight into customer values. He also has the ability to connect the dots between service offerings & customer values, while using data as a beam of light.
