With a solid background in designing and deploying standardized service and CRM solutions, I worked with platforms such as Siebel, Oracle, and ServiceNow in the process of enhancing service delivery and customer relationship management.

As the European Process Owner for Service with Ricoh in EMEA, I am heavily involved in improving service excellence and operational efficiency, with a focus to move away from traditional waterfall into agile methodologies and from a reactive approach to data driven proactive ways of working.
