James Lewis has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, with a strong background in field service management.
In his current role as Global Head of AI Field Service at IFS Nexus Black, he works with IFS customers and global teams to enable autonomous operational solutions for the most complex industrial use-cases across the globe.
Previously, he served as SVP Sales for the Service Management Business Unit at IFS, where he led a global sales team that specialized in helping some of the world’s largest brands to deliver at the moment of service.
