Global Director of Sales Enablement means managing the enablement journey for new and experienced sellers around the Globe. Primary focus is on Enterprise sellers (large deals with an average deal value in excess of $/£1 million in Annual value), Secondary focus is Technical and desk based sellers (BDR/SDR). Experienced sales professional with extensive vocational experience across multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecoms and Field Service for the last 5 years.15 years of hands-on experience of understanding client requirements; project management, project implementation, project delivery, business analysis & solution delivery experience. Significant people management experience, displaying patience and resourcefulness in their approach leading local /multinational teams and working with senior management. Enjoys operating in front of external customers & communicating effectively for technical & non-technical audiences.
