Xavier has been working at Sidel for over 25 years, dedicating his entire career to the After Sales department. He began in Spare Parts Management and, after seven years, transitioned to the Field Service Engineer Planning Department.
Throughout his tenure, Xavier has held various roles, including Planning Coordinator, Planning Manager, FSE Manager, and currently serves as the Field Service Director for Europe.
His extensive experience has given him a front-row seat to the evolution of customer demands—shifting from curative maintenance to predictive strategies, and more recently, toward remote service capabilities.
As the business continues to change, Xavier firmly believes in the importance changing with it.
