Asset Repurposing Video

Repurpose your written content by repackaging it to a video. Our approach is a long-form, relaxed but important discussion that allows us to focus on the key issues that our industry faces and how we, as an industry, can approach tackling them. The asset is serialised allowing for maximum exposure, while the full interview becomes a key asset to underpin an effective inbound marketing campaign.

The Asset
– Partner is granted 2 batches of design/content amends once the report is sent to design.
– 2500 – 3000 words professionally authored and proofed by real humans: final product has 30 – 40 pages, incl design.

– Minimum production time frame: 10 weeks.

The Survey
– 1 Survey to be released to Copperberg Database ­downloadable. Survey to be conducted by Copperberg.
– The Survey will include 10 – 15 industry specific questions.
– The survey will be answered anonymously, i.e., no contact details required, to secure a maximum number of respondents.
– Survey Reminder to be sent out by Copperberg-to-Copperberg Database.

Data Collection
Copperberg to collect all raw data and share this with Partner. Analysis of the data will commence when a minimum of 100 respondents have submitted their answers.

FSN Research Project

Position yourself as Thought Leader by associating your brand with the most impactful content across the global field service sector. There simply is no more effective approach to independent research-based marketing campaigns than those offered by Copperberg. with a well-defined methodology that encompasses an initial quantitative phase, a detailed reflection on the headline findings with genuine subject matter experts and a final qualitative phase of the study where we push beyond the data in a series of follow up in-depth interviews.

3 Assets – Each research project comprises three key assets that are gated for lead collection.

Commitment

In the unlikely scenario where Copperberg cannot recruit the agreed number of registrants, Copperberg holds the right to reschedule the webinar to another date. This decision will be taken in agreement with Partner to secure the best potential outcome for all parties involved including the participants that have registered for the live broadcast of the webinar.

Delegate Acquisition
To ensure the highest number of registered participants possible Copperberg will reach out to our opt-in subscriber database via dedicated emails and Social Media 5 weeks prior to broadcast, promoting and highlighting the speakers and content of the webinar. If a specific target audience and/or geographies are to be considered these need to be submitted by Partner a minimum of 8 weeks before broadcast date.

Presentation
A 60-minute broadcast with 40 min presentation and a 20 min moderator led (Copperberg) dedicated Q&A segment hosted on Copperberg’s webinar IT­ platform. Date and time: TBD.

Asset Creation

A “classic” Copperberg conference going 3.0! Virtual Academy

Inspired by the traditional university seminar format, the academy is an educational event with different topical Focus sessions.

Handpicked industry speakers along with leading solution provider insights will create the perfect mix of education for service leaders. Each of the Focus Session will deep dive into a specific challenge and question, as requested by the community. The topics are carefully handpicked to be top of mind as well as fit nicely under the topical platform umbrella.

What to expect?: Even though many are still opting for consuming content online, due to limited budgets and travels, we know that time is limited. Therefore we will provide shorter Focus Sessions with dedicated presentations back to back, totalling no more than 1,5 hours, per episode. This helps you to get as much content as possible with limited interruption of your daily work. You can attend all of the Focus sessions or only the ones that fit your areas of interest – but by signing up to the Academy you will be granted access to all of your preferred Focus Sessions.

You will be using the tools in your Swapcard Exhibitor Center to configure your company profile – your dedicated branded space, manage your team, and interact with attendees.

Company Profile
As an exhibitor, you can upload either an image or a video (live or pre-recorded) onto your company homepage. You can also include an ad to your company homepage and choose your redirection for it.

Team Profile
2 unique team user accounts are reserved for each partner. A personal log in to the platform will give access to delegate registry and discussion forums. We recommend each profile to be edited to contain “main information”, a picture, biography, social media and contact information.

Delegate Directory
On the homepage of the event, you can access the Community list (i.e., Attendees, Speakers). This will help you find visitors to connect with.

Complementary End User Tickets
