Section 1

Cancellation and substitution policy

You can cancel your participation by informing Copperberg on registration@copperberg.com. You may offer a replacement that can take over your delegate seat as long as it’s a qualified participant. Such replacement should be submitted to and be approved by Copperberg before a delegate ticket is issued.

No conditions printed or appearing elsewhere that conflict with its provisions will be binding on the Organizer. The Organizer is not liable for delay in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of an act of God, action of government entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes either legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any condition beyond the control of the Organizer affecting production or delivery in any manner.

Section 2

Processing of delegate

Solution providers, vendors or consultancies selling or providing solutions or services to the main target audience cannot sign-up as delegates of the conference . Copperberg claims the right to deny access to the event if the applicant does not meets the requirements of a delegate. Section 3

Privacy policy and data sharing

Copperberg collected your name, contact phone number and e-mail address so our support team can communicate and provide assistance for you as a Delegate of Community. Please check our Privacy Policy to see how we protect and manage your submitted data. According to our Privacy policy, Data controller may share other contact information with other professional organisations (including event sponsors/exhibitors) to promote similar products and services. No list supplied by Copperberg may be used by anyone other than for the confidential use of the original mailer. All lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against abuse, violators will be prosecuted. If you do not agree on sharing your contact information with event sponsors/exhibitors, please revert back to us via this e-mail.

Section 4

For paid tickets only

PLEASE NOTE: All prices are excluding VAT.

For Swedish customers: VAT of 25% will be applied.

For EU customers: No VAT will apply when a complete VAT number is submitted according to Reverse charge, Article 44 and 196 VAT Directive.

For Non-EU customers: No VAT according to the General rule for services Chapter 5, Section 5 Swedish VAT Act; Services supplied to a taxable person outside of EU. No Swedish VAT is charged.

Full payment is due 10 days upon invoice and no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Members that have NOT submitted payment prior to the event will not be admitted to the event. Admittance is then only granted upon approval of credit card payment directly onsite.
