Swapcard (pre-event platform and app)

On this platform, you can update your profile, browse and connect with other attendees, check out our partners and see the latest agenda. You will also be able to see your personal agenda around 1 week before the event (you will receive a notification from swapcard when this is ready).

Not logged in? You should have received a welcome email with login instructions from noreply@swapcard.com to the email you used when you booked your ticket. If you have not received this, please contact digital@copperberg.com and we will resend it.

Pre-Event Workshops

The day before the main event, we have a limited seat Pre-Event Workshops (topics TBA). To reserve a seat for this workshop you need to either add this to your schedule in swapcard once they are available, inform us via the delegate survey → or email us on digital@copperberg.com.

Delegate Survey

We require all our participants to fill in our short participant survey ahead of the event. This is so that we know you have acknowledged the terms and conditions of your attendance as well as submitted any dietary requirements to us (if applicable) that we need to inform the venue catering about.

Bring a Colleague

At this limited event, we allow a maximum of 2 people per company to attend. If you are the only person from your company attending, we would recommend that you bring a colleague. Ensure they register here asap →

Venue and Accommodation

The event will be held at the Hotel Berlin → Address: Lützowplatz 1, 10785 Berlin.

If you need to adjust the desired date or room occupancy, please update these details as needed and confirm the selection by clicking the red “SEARCH” button on the right. Please book before September 20, 2027 when the discounted rooms will be released.

A credit card number is required to guarantee each booking. Reservations must be made by the deadline specified in the contract. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and can only be booked at our current daily rates. If guests have any questions about booking their rooms, they are welcome to contact us at Allotment@hotel-berlin.de. All guests are responsible for payment upon arrival. Please note that our hotel operates on a cashless basis; the credit card provided during booking is only used to guarantee the reservation.

Unexpected things happen. If you can no longer attend the event, we would appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible on registration@copperberg.com

Replacement: As the event has limited seats and yours have been reserved, we would prefer if you have a replacement ready to take your seat if something unexpected occurs, especially close to the event. Late cancellations highly impact the seat allocation of the discussion tables on the day. Such replacement should be submitted to and be approved by Copperberg before a delegate ticket is issued.

‘No show’: If you don’t attend the event and fail to cancel your ticket, you won’t be eligible for future tickets to upcoming Copperberg ‘Power of 50’ events.
