Below is a list of items we need from you in order to include your session in the upcoming agenda. The earlier you submit this to us, the more exposure we will be able to provide to our audience. The Deadline for submission (at a minimum a placeholder topic and speaker/moderator) is no later than Friday, 23rd May + 17.00 CET.

Please send us your logo if you are a first time partner or if your logo has been updated since your last partnership.
Swapcard (pre-event platform and app)
Here you can update both your own profile, your partner page as well as browse and connect with other participants.
Partner participants: All your partner participants (moderators, speakers and onsite representatives will be added to this platform as soon as they are submitted via the respective forms (see Content + Agenda section for more details →).
Partner page admins: If you have a marketing representative that will not be onsite but should manage your page/activities on this platform, please submit this via this form →

Customer Tickets
We have allocated 2 seats for your customers or prospects. Please invite customers using this link → no later than 5 September 2025.
Note that these tickets are available for end-user customers (Manufacturers) and can’t be used by your staff or other solution provider profiles. If you need additional material for this event promotion, such as personalised banner or copy, please contact our Marketing Director, Malin Mostofi →
Social Media
You will get an opportunity to record a brief video presenting your keynote/discussion topic, that we will distribute via our social media channels for extra exposure. A link with instructions will be sent via our Social Media Manager, approx 8-6 weeks before the event. If there are any specific handles or hashtags you would like us to use when we feature you on social media, please contact our social media manager directly below.
Branding Onsite
You are granted a space for a roll-up banner in conjunction with the conference. If you would like to take advantage of this branding opportunity, please send your roll-up to arrive latest the day before the event and we will set it up for you. If you have not shipped your roll-up banner to us beforehand and your colleagues are bringing it to the venue they will need to be on site at 08:00 on the day of the event.
Please note that according to our agreement the concept and venue do not allow for an exhibition or any build-up material other than a roll-up banner (standard size: w85 cm x h200cm). Any such material will unfortunately have to stay unpacked.
Welcome Bag
Copperberg will provide a ‘welcome bag’ to all participants. If you have something that you want us to pack this bag with, please ship this to the venue beforehand (see shipping details below). Your gifts need to have arrived at the venue at 12.00 on the 8th October for the Copperberg Team to be able to prepare the bags with your gifts. Gifts arriving later than that will not be packed in the welcome bags. Please also note such content should be of ‘gift’ value (and not flyers or advertising). The gift can of course be branded.
Marketing Rep Onsite
If a person from your organisation needs to be onsite in a non-speaking/moderating capacity, but to cover the event from a marketing point of view (photos, social media, or to get a general impression from the event) you can apply for this ‘seat’ via this form. Note that this person will not have a seat at the roundtable. There will be allocated seats in the back for these participants. Please note that seats are limited and if this will be on top of your two tickets, it will be subject to approval.
Operations + Logistics
Your Participants
You have 2 tickets for your company (including the speaker/moderator), please submit your speakers/moderators along with the session submission form (see Content + Agenda section →). If you want a marketing or ‘non-speaking’ representative onsite included or on top of the 2 tickets allocated for speakers, please use this form.
Participant Survey
The two participants need to submit our participant survey →, so that we can inform our catering team of potential food allergies (etc).
Venue and Accommodation
The event will be held at the NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower. If you wish to book accommodation at the venue, please book via this link →.

- Note that items will be accepted by the hotel no earlier than 1 week before the event.
- Please let us know what you are planning to send and when it is expected to arrive and we will notify the venue.
- If you are shipping anything back from the hotel, remember to bring return labels. Items can be picked up from the hotel reception no later than the day after the event.
