Why is real-time, accurate asset data so crucial and how to use it to ascertain reliable operations and asset uptime?

– A critical insight into the WHY behind the operations; matching the people and the processes with the tools at hand for the best outcome and delivery of assets.

Visibility and traceability are essential for automation in the shop, factory or plant floor. Connecting the different assets, people and processes in one platform is critical for real time decision making. A 360 degree view of the production environment, together with intelligent visualization, means you can immediately identify unproductive practices, capacity erosions, inefficiencies and line performance bottlenecks.

What we have in store for you:

  • Learn from LTTS on the critical building block of setting up a reliable operation and the overarching strategies to have in place.
  • Hear from Peter Malmberg, VP of Digitalization at Epiroc Tools about the digitalization journey of Epiroc and how that is a driver for operational excellence and resilience.
  • Discuss amongst your industry peers how to align the processes and people to gain the benefits of the tools; the change management and transformation? How to successfully fully connect your operations?

There are opportunities to synchronize the activities, from design engineering to aftermarket, over a digitalized thread approach called the “Digital Design Manufacturing and Services (DDMS)” that helps manufacturers to use a single source of truth to achieve higher KPI standards such as faster time to market, first time right, lower rejection rate, higher reliability and quality of the product.

Join our industry experts for a by invitation only strategic roundtable discussion and breakfast seminar on the 21st of June, 09:00-11:00, Stockholm, Sweden.

Topics to be discussed:

  • Connected Assets; why?
  • Intelligent asset optimization
  • Enterprise operational intelligence
  • Improved asset transparency
  • Basis for optimizing performance through Data Driven Insights
  • Maintenance, reliability and integrity of assets
  • Operational benefits of asset reliability
