Welcome to the Service and Aftermarket Maturity Survey 2023

One of the most frequent questions we get at Copperberg is whether or not we can provide a service maturity index? Where you as an aftermarket and service professional can measure yourself, and your initiatives, towards the industry; competitors and peers.

Therefore we teamed up with 3S, Smart Strategy Solutions; Magnus Sävenäs and Lasse Johansson.

In order to establish this maturity index we have defined a framework of business critical areas for you to assess in a set of questions.

The survey covers the leadership and operational aspects of your service organization and is structured in six different segments; all of which being vital to your service performance and operation. We estimate that the survey takes around 15 to 20 minutes of your time to conclude.

Lisa Hellqvist, Managing Director, Copperberg

In 2012 Lisa co-founded Copperberg and has since the start been the acting Managing Director. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she first joined the group of companies as Marketing Director in 2009. In addition, Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics.

Copperberg is an original content creation company with an ambition to build physical and digital platforms bringing together the manufacturing community in order to grow and build relationships globally.

Magnus Sävenäs, Group VP Customer Care & Aftermarket, Electrolux Professional AB

Magnus has an extensive leadership background from Senior and Executive roles from companies like ABB Robotics and Electrolux Professional where he has built and managed global Service and Aftermarket organizations to become strong growth and highly profitable businesses. He has a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technologies in Stockholm, an MBA in Business Economies and Subsidiary Management from Uppsala University and is a former Army Officer in the Swedish Military with service and component supply chain as key function at the time.

Magnus is currently instrumental in developing the next level sales transformation advisory at 3S, Smart Strategy Solutions, where service development is playing a vital role for the total solution and sales value proposition implementation.

Lasse Johansson, Managing Director, Partner and Senior Consultant

Lasse is the Managing Director and Partner of 3S. He has experience from leading and transforming large international organizations as General Manager or Head of Sales in companies like SSAB, Stora Enso, Outokumpu and Arcelor Mittal.
