Pick to light system

Pick to light refers to the system in which the lights are embedded into the warehouse for guiding the warehouse staff. “The bins in the product racking also has an acknowledge button. So, the employees can register their interaction with the bin and create a record of product touches.”

Pick by voice system

Pick by voice system works similarly, except this time, guides the order pickers through audio. Both systems enable companies to speed up the spare parts distribution by preventing potential mistakes from happening. More importantly, while these technologies are easy to integrate and can provide instant improvement.
